More Than 450 Educators from 24 States Convene to Promote Diversity in Advanced Placement Coursework

DENVER, CO – The Colorado Education Initiative (CEI), in partnership with the National Math and Science Initiative (NMSI), hosted the 2014 AP for All Summer Institute at Metropolitan State University of Denver, which brought together more than 450 educators from 24 states and four countries including the United States, Taiwan, Philippines and Qatar.

“The 2014 AP for All Summer Institute is aimed at helping teachers develop AP programs that support the success of all interested students, regardless of race, gender, zip code or socioeconomic status,” said Yee-Ann Cho, interim president and CEO of The Colorado Education Initiative.
