My life mission is to create the conditions to allow people to lead fulfilling lives. The education setting provides a tremendous opportunity to lay the foundation for students to grow the mindset, habits, and skills to achieve fulfillment in life.

About my Innovation Fellows project:

Nudge Denver aims to use the science of how people make decisions and take actions to make the behaviors students want to do (perform well in school) easier for them (and for teachers). We propose to consult with schools to test, tailor, and implement evidence-based, low-cost, low-effort solutions to improve student performance.

When I’m not working, you will find me…

Spending time with my fiancé, playing tennis, attending TEDx adventures, and studying behavioral economics.

Three words my friends would use to describe me are…

Passionate, thoughtful, and learner.

My favorite quote is…

“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive and go do it, because what the world needs is people who have come alive.” —Howard Thurman

For the last decade I’ve been struggling with the question, “How can I make the most difference in the world?”. This quote has led me toward the realization that seeking my own fulfillment, focusing on what I can control, looking for bright spots, and shrinking the change might be the way for me to impact the world.
