Glenwood Springs High School Selected for Legacy Initiative

Glenwood Springs High School has been selected to participate in the Colorado Legacy Schools initiative, which will give the school a chance to triple the number of high school students who can take college-level courses.

GSHS is one of 11 Colorado schools named by The Colorado Education Initiative formerly known as the Colorado Legacy Foundation program, which draws funding from the National Math and Science Initiative. The initiative helps increase accessibility and success in rigorous math, science and English Advanced Placement (AP) courses by funding teacher training, student exam fees, and classroom equipment and supplies.
